Saturday & Sunday, June 1 & 2, 2024 - 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. both days.
Award winning American Indian Artists will sell and demonstrate their art in a juried show, Intertribal Contest Powwow both days!
Plus, see the honoring of a veteran, educational exhibits by Denver Museum of Nature and Science, History Colorado, Nature's Educators, and Remembering the Brave. Food concessions will be available both days.

Adriana Almodovar is
Adriana Almodovar is a member of the Oglala Lakota and Santee tribes. Her Lakota name is “Ikhophesniyan inyanka” Runs Without Fear.
She enlisted in the Marine Corps in 2011 as an armorer and served eight years in the USMCR. She was promoted to Staff Sergeant in 2019 and later stationed in Stuttgart, Germany. During this time, she worked for the Colorado Department of Corrections and Denver Sheriff’s Department. Adriana was hired to Thornton Police Department in 2015. Adriana has worked for patrol since being hired and assignments were Training Officer, Defensive Tactics Instructor, Firearms Instructor and Council Security. She was recently promoted to patrol sergeant.
